Loud Motorcycles Destroy Neighborhood Livability in New Haven

Unfortunately, officers seem to be busy during the worst hours of noise (e.g., 2 A.M.). Are there ways to stop loud motorcycles without resorting to increased police enforcement? One neighborhood resident wrote:

This issue seems to be the one thing that police in New Haven will not respond to.

I have been told many a time that they will address the noise on Upper State with no follow through.

Every year there are more of them and they are louder.
